Mexico City.– On the morning of January 30, 2023, the lecture series given to the 47 students of the Master’s degree in National Security, Class LIII, continued, the topic being “Use of Military Power in the area of responsibility of the Military Regions IV and VI and the Naval Regions I and III, for the Foreign Defense and Internal Security of the Country".

It should be noted that the invited speakers were Almirante Raúl Pérez Vázquez, Commander, Third Naval Region, geostrategic command in Veracruz, Veracruz and Vicealmirante Gabriel Pablo Gonzáles Contreras, Commander, First Naval Region, geostrategic command in Ciudad Madero, Tamaulipas.

The Naval Commands shared the panel with General de División Norberto Cortés Rodríguez, Commander, Fourth Military Region, and General de División José Alfredo González Rodríguez, Commander, Sixth Military Region, each with jurisdiction in Monterey, Nuevo León and Puebla, Puebla, respectively.
