Mexico City.– On February 01, 2023, General de División Piloto Aviador Marco Antonio Zaragoza Vázquez, Commander, Northeast Air Region; General de División Piloto Aviador Bertín Hernández Mercado, Commander, Southeast Air Region; General de División Piloto Aviador Oscar Rene Rubio Sánchez, Commander, Northwest Air Region; and General de División Piloto Aviador Emilio Avendaño García, Commander, Central Air Region, were welcomed in order to give lectures within the Panel “Assessment and prospective of the strategic situation in the area of responsibility of Air Regions, as well as the use of their military power for the Foreign Defense and Internal Security of the Country,” to an audience of 47 students of the Master’s Degree in National Security in this House of Studies.
