Mexico City.- On January 31, 2023, the Commander of the High Command Headquarters participated in the Lecture Series of the Master’s degree in National Security, Class LIII, in the panel “Use of Military Power in the area of responsibility of the High Command Headquarters and First, Eight and Ninth Military Regions, for the Foreign Defense and Internal Security of the Country".

It should be noted that the General de División DEM Emilio Avendaño García, Commander, First Military Region, and General de División DEM Ricardo Flores González, Commander, Ninth Military Region, as well as General de Brigada DEM Juan Manríquez Moreno, also participated as speakers.

The 47 students of Class LIII of this Master’s degree, aimed to evaluate Mexico’s Central Zone, identifying elements that block the achievements of national objectives and the use of Naval and Military Power to achieve them.
