Mexico City.– On February 2, 2023, Vicealmirante José Manuel Guido Romero, Commander, Gulf Naval Force; Vicealmirante Adrián Hermilo Valle González, Commander, Pacific Naval Force; and General de División Miguel Ángel Hernández Martínez, Chief of Staff, Command of the Mexican Army, participated in the panel “Strategy for National Defense from the Naval Forces and First Commander of the Army Corps perspective,” within the lecture series of the Master’s Degree in National Security, Class LIII, with 47 students.

It should be noted that the objective of this lecture is to evaluate the strategies of the Naval Forces of the Mexican Navy, as well as the First Commander of Army Corps, as part of the Mexican Armed Forces that directly contribute to the strategic lines of action regarding National Defense and Security.
