Ciudad de México.- Mexico City. – On February 03, 2023, the Head of the Secretariat of Security and Citizen Protection, Rosa Icela Rodríguez Velázquez, participated as speaker in a lecture about Public and National Security from the perspective of said Institution.

This lecture is considered to be a complement to the theoretical content of the subject “Mexican Domestic Politics and National Security,” within the curricula of the Master’s Degree in National Security, Class LIII.

The academic objective of this conference is to let students assess the relation between National Public Security System and National Security today, to determine mutual effects in order to foster interaction in the Q&A section where feedback exist between the speaker and the audience.
