Mexico City. - Engineer Heberto Barrios Castillo, Undersecretary of Energy Transition and Planning, gave a keynote speech to 47 students of the Master's Degree in National Security.

The keynote speech entitled "Energy policy: its contribution to national development and its impact in Mexico from the SENER's perspective" was given on the afternoon of January 27th, 2023, as part of the extracurricular academic activities organized by the leadership of this center of studies of the Naval University, with the aim that its students interact, with the different leaders of the Federal Public Administration, on current issues that arise in our country.
