Mexico, City.- Today, July 14, 2025, marks the end of another academic cycle at this Center for Advanced Naval Studies (CESNAV), where 275 students have completed various postgraduate studies taught at this highest educational institution of the Navy.

The graduation ceremony was held at the facilities of the Ministry of the Navy, presided over by Admiral Raymundo Pedro Morales Ángeles, Secretary of the Navy and High Command of the Mexican Navy, and attended by General Ricardo Trevilla Trejo, Secretary of National Defense, as well as naval and military authorities and guests.

Admiral Morales Ángeles, in his speech, mentioned:

“Today is a very important day, as we are pleased to be here together to witness the completion of another stage of study for the students of the Center for Advanced Naval Studies, a stage in which they had the unparalleled opportunity to develop as leaders with critical thinking, analytical skills, and, above all, a firm commitment to Mexico.

In particular, this Higher House of Studies holds a very special value for me, as I have not only had the opportunity to learn and train within its walls, but also to lead efforts in naval education, which is why I am particularly proud to be a part of a graduation from this Center of Studies.”

Throughout its 55 years of existence, CESNAV has remained steadfast and prolific in its mission to prepare leaders for the naval profession. It is a never-ending, tireless endeavor that bears fruit for the nation year after year, because there will always be a new challenge to overcome, a new port to reach.

Hoy, este Centro de Estudios Superiores Navales, felicita a sus egresados del ciclo lectivo 2024-2025 por su enorme esfuerzo y compromiso, mismo que será útil para contribuir al progreso de México, dedicando su tiempo y sus labores al mantenimiento de la seguridad nacional. De igual manera, reconoce el empeño y dedicación del personal que en él presta sus servicios, mismos que hacen posible alcanzar esta meta.
