The Orquesta Filarmónica de la Secretaría de Marina holds a concert
at the auditorium of Centro de Estudios Navales en Ciencias de la Salud, CENCIS
Mexico, City.- On May 25th, 2023, during the afternoon the Orquesta Filarmónica de la Secretaría de Marina (Philharmonic Orchestra of Naval Secretariat) (string section) directed by Teniente de Corbeta (Ensign) SMN. MN. Luis Rolando Reyes Solano offered a concert at auditorium of Centro de Estudios Navales en Ciencias de la Salud (Health Science Naval Studies Center, CENCIS, by its initials in Spanish); where musical pieces by Antonio Vivaldi, Gioachino Rossini, George Philip Telemann and other interpreters were played.
It is important to highlight that the orchestra is solely composed of musicians originally from Mexico and are graduates from the best Mexican music schools, faculties, and conservatories. They have held concerts at various places, just to mention some: at Palacio de Bellas Artes, at hall Nezahualcóyotl, at hall Silvestre Revueltas of Conjunto Cultural Ollin Yoliztli, at hall Alcázar in Castillo de Chapultepec, and more.
