Mexico City.- On Friday, January 27th, 2023, at the main lobby of this Center of Studies, the Closing Ceremony of the Diploma Courses in: "Incident Command System, Class X"; "National Maritime Authority and Harbor Master’s Offices, Class XI"; as well as "Maritime and Port Protection Officer, Class XI" took place.

72 students, composed of Admirals, Captains, Officers, invited personnel from the Harbor Master’s Offices, as well as from Petróleos Mexicanos (PEMEX) and Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México (ITAM), received specialized training in the necessary knowledge to continue their training and professional development in their pertaining areas of action upon completing these diploma courses.

Vicealmirante Prócoro Juan Trinidad García Figueroa presided the ceremony, Rector of the Naval University, accompanied by Vicealmirante José Héctor Orozco Tocaven, Director of this Center for Higher Naval Studies.
