Inauguration Ceremony of Diploma Course on Formación del Tutor a Distancia
del CESNAV Class XXXIV and Course on Evaluación por Competencias Class III
Mexico City. – With the purpose of reinforcing academics’ studies, diploma course from June 5th to August 4th, 2023 —‘Diplomado en Formación de Tutor a Distancia del CESNAV’ (Learning program of Distance Educator by Higher Naval Studies Center, CESNAV by its initials in Spanish) will be taught to 57 students who are from: Escuela Superior de Guerra del Ejército del Perú, Unidad de Capitanías de Puerto y Asuntos Marítimos, Centro Médico Naval (Naval Medical Center), as well as to personnel from this educational institution.
Additionally, the course ‘Evaluación con enfoque por competencias’ (Competency- based evaluation) will be given in response to the current turbulent social and educational changes that distance education brings about. Thus, from June 5th to June 23rd, 2023, this course will be taught to 10 students who are military and civil personnel who are from: Unidad de Capitanías de Puerto Asuntos Marítimos, Centro Médico Naval, and this educational institution. Inauguration ceremony was held past June 5th via online and was directed by citizen Capitán de Navío (Captain) Cuerpo General Diplomado de Estado Mayor Erick Ruiz García, deputy director of Educación a Distancia (Distance education), on behalf of citizen Vicealmirante (Admiral Upper-Half) Principal of Centro de Estudios Superiores Navales (Higher Naval Studies Center); who conclusively recognizes the importance of supporting the instructing training of our core academics.
