Personnel from Strategic Command course
of The National Defense University PLA China visits CESNAV
Mexico, City.- June 5th, 2023. As part of their practice journey, 26 students from Strategic Command Course of The National Defense University PLA China visited our country and Centro de Estudios Superiores Navales,(or CESNAV by its initials in Spanish). Reception was held by citizen Vicealmirante (Rear admiral Upper Half) José Héctor Orozco Tocaven, CESNAV’s Principal. During their visit a lecture was delivered at the lecture hall of this educational institution called ‘Enfoque académico de la Seguridad Nacional’ (National Security Academic point of view, in English). Afterwards, a catering service was provided where both parties had the opportunity to exchange presents and reiterate the fraternity between nations.
